Analysis of the RPF-Called Meeting

TUXEDO, RPF Empire — The Rebel Penguin Federation calls a meeting of some of the major players in warfare, including the Army of CP, the Doritos, the Army Republic, the Shadow Troops, and the Ice Warriors. CPAC’s sources inside the meeting have collected a good deal of information regarding what has taken place. I’ll be talking about what this means for the ongoing war, along with a short editor’s note at the end regarding the armies at the meeting.

The RPF v. Nachos war has been brewing for weeks now, with a large number of battles being undecided due to the fact that their results are conflicted. However, recently, a slight drop in RPF’s size — which they blame on DDOSing and other illegalities — has gotten Nachos closer to winning the war then they had been in the recent weeks. Possibly because of this, Commando and other RPF officials called a meeting today, inviting armies such as ACP, AR, IW, the Doritos and the Shadow Troops.

The major event in this meeting was RPF asking for allies in the war. As far as we can tell at this time, all armies invited to the meeting were being requested to assist RPF. A leader of the Water Vikings stated that WV was invited to the meeting, but decided not to attend. CPAC’s source inside the meeting has supplied us with all the pictures below. These are not necessarily in the order they happened, this is just a large dump of anything relevant said at the meeting.

From this, it can be gathered that the Shadow Troops will likely be assisting RPF as the war continues with the Nachos. All other armies are not confirmed, so I spoke to representatives from many of them for a comment on this. No ST Leaders were on at this time, their comments will be added in soon.

Q: Will you be assisting the RPF in their war against the Nachos as a result of today’s meeting?

Lord Jay, Army Republic 2ic: I am not able to say, but it was never brought up.

Albert417, Ice Warriors Leader: I can’t say at the moment.

Capncook, ACP Leader: No.

Mustapha10, Doritos Leader: No.

Yobity, Former ST Leader: The Shadow Troops will stay neutral in this war.

Bam, another leader of the Doritos, stated that whether or not DCP or any army will assist RPF in the war is to be decided at the moment, however due to the fact that RPF and DCP are “brother allies”, anything is possible.

Editor’s Note

RPF 10

I would just like to briefly speak to this picture. I had considered making my response to this into a full-fledged editorial, however I believe this will suffice. So let’s talk about CPAC. Yes, CPAC holds about a 95% majority on the large army media — the other 5% is made up of other small sites at the moment. This isn’t a bad thing because whether or not CPAC has done something that you have not liked, it has been the best site when it comes to professional journalism since its founding in 2009. It always strives to be unbiased, giving you the best news possible. We don’t, however, try to always suppress our opinions as news is boring without them. The other large mistake these people are making is that the majority of them are leaders of majorly powerful armies. You underestimate the amount of time it takes to run a news site such as CPAC. If what you plan on creating will be anything of the caliber of CPAC, it will require immense time and energy, time you simply don’t have if you want your significant army to stay afloat.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but what it basically looks like you just said is that “since CPAC hasn’t sucked our dick, we now do not like them and will make our own site.” You needed the media to help turn the tides? The media isn’t going to win or lose a war for you. It’s also not going to make you look good or bad. Only you do that by the decisions that you make. We’re not waiters, serving you the news you want exactly the way you want it prepared. The day CP Armies gets its own Fox News will be a very frightening day.

I get it. I really do. CPAC may have given you a Top Ten rank that you didn’t like, maybe many times. Maybe CPAC broke a story you didn’t want them to break, and you didn’t like that. Maybe you have a personal issue with one of the people that oversees CPAC, and I accept that. However, here’s the problem. If a news site is made by armies that suck RPF’s dick, it will be exactly that. A news site that sucks RPF’s dick.

I wish you all the best in your endeavors. But the media is a scary business.

  9. Ok, Now I this is sad. Armies creating their own news sites because they don’t like CPAC’s top ten. Raging because they are not number 1, making CPAC look like the bad guys of armies and the reason armies are going down the shitter. I find this pathetic. You know what you guys sound like? Waterkid when CPAC posted that the war to destroy ACP was a waste of time or when CPAC posted that a white alliance army won a battle. We are here not report the news, some of our reporters are more biased then others when it comes to battles but all of us on here agree more or less you guys are acting like rotten children. All of you are reliant on CPAC for your egos and for army morale, we make the top ten, you go up, you get happy, you go down, you bitch, say CPAC is killing armies, and act like a little kid. What will making a new news site do? Make it seem like your army is best and the rest are bad. Same thing happened with previous competitors making their army number one and their enemy off the top ten. Biased reports that their army of 5 beat an army of 20. This is getting fucking ridiculous. We’ve been pretty good the past year of staying neutral unless threatened, but right now all this fucking bullshit will get us no where. Anti-CPAC protests, what is your problem? We made you second when our score gives you a lower number? We have tournaments so the lazy armies can fight and it costs you recruits? You guys are pathetic, and the more you do it, the more likely we’ll not be as friendly to you guys.

No really, excellent post blue. And I always knew RPF was pathetic. But now, it’s just become more evident. Without Red Gush there, they lost their sanity. He was their reason, but without him enforcing, they can do whatever they want. Expect a Nacho win, and expect a HARD fall by RPF.

  15. I can’t even say anything to back the RPF up anymore. I’m done supporting them. Commando refuses to listen to the advise of the soldiers and the mods who have been serving in armies longer than him, who know how things work now. Nope. He’s God. He knows everything.

If it wasn’t for our stupid war with the Nachos, the nonstop recruiting, and, above all, the decision the make LORD PAIN leader, the RPF likely would be an unstoppable force.

Numerous RPF soldiers have left. We’re just waiting for this generation to fall so we can pick up the pieces and try again.

    • Lol you’re silly.

Also I believe when Commando said “We needed someone with modern army experience to help turn the tides for our army.” he was referring to Lord Pain becoming leader with me. lol. o.O

      • Lord pain is a depressed son of a bitch who is famous for being abusive and getting fired. Having him lead RPF is a good way to loose recruits and to become a target. He hates your brother army and will more than likely make war with them ASAP and he treats subordinates like slaves instead of troops. The accusations of RPF troops having health issues will become much more real. He is a disliked member of armies with a nasty temper, and is prone to yelling and screaming if things do not go his way. Pain may have a record for getting armies to decent sizes, but the troops, owners and other leaders usually remove him and by then the sizes are very low from troops that have left from his abuses. He fires people that do not agree with him, and many of those with a brain quit from lack of freedom of speech. Start digging your grave now, because by the time Pain leaves RPF will be worse then before. Nachos won’t be the only enemy.

        Like

      • I’m not silly. It’s the truth. Every army that Pain has lead has died, including the time he lead the RPF. He knows how to lead, but he ends up scaring off basically everyone, and getting rid everyone who doesn’t leave because of him. There is a REASON why people QUIT when he becomes leader of an army.

You know what might have been a better idea? Promoting one of your officers who know what they are doing, or maybe asking your soldiers first before you put a highly controversial leader in a leadership position.

        • Judging by what I’ve seen you post, I think that you would’ve been an excellent co-leader. You seem pretty smart; RPF would probably thrive with you leading it.

        • Ok but do note he’s not leading alone and he’s capable of doing everything I have been doing, which is great we are getting many applications look at the join page. RPF’s future has never been so bright.

          • Bright? You’re delusional or just being Overly-Optimistic , so let’s be a little realistic here , there is zero light at the end of this tunnel , Absolutely none , it’s a dead end. Let’s look at the facts here: 1.Your soldiers hate what the army has become 2.The Soldiers that have stayed are freaking exhausted 3. Pain has killed every army that he’s led 4.The Whole Army Community is against you , including your own troops (I believe this makes you more hated than ACP has been in the past , which is saying something) and finally 5. You’re in a war with an army that max 35 and you max 25 , and also threatens to Not stop until RPF totally surrenders… Last Time I checked , those 5 facts don’t lead to a bright Future

            • Your eyes must be closed. Also those are not facts lol. Some soldiers would prefer RPF to max 5. Only like 3-7 left and they were army veterans that didn’t even do anything useful anyway. Pain is not the only leader. Those numbers are wrong. RPF will never surrender.

          • Elm… You are not looking at the Facts. Pain’s Past will repeat itself, every time he so claims “It’ll be different” has led to the same damn result repeating. If you want to like in “Elm’s world” fine. But if you want RPF to live you have to enter the actual situation. RPF is going down because of these decisions.
Also “RPF’s Future has never been so bright” this has been the darkest day so far for the RPF in a while, half your leadership is gone and you are thinking about opening a goddamn News site? Focus on your current situation then plan for the future. Plan for the Future when you are not dealing with a crisis

    • The problem with that is that one army that battled might force their troops to vote, causing them to win, and if both armies do that, the army with more people would win.

  23. I am retired from CP warfare, and have been for about 4 and a half months, so my opinion isn’t biased. I’ve never been in RPF or Nachos either.

Elmikey’s no angel, and appointing Pain was an abysmal decision. But Commando’s absolutely 100% about CPAC banging on about how RPF run. Who cares, whatever they were doing before hiring Pain was working. There’s no need for CPAC to get involved in that, it’s none of your business.

And it is looking like you’re on Nachos side with this and the post wrote by B2 which was so clearly directed at RPF. What you need to do is seperate yourselves from this whole war, and focus on that LC you’ve been hyping about.

I know this comment is going to be thumbed down by the same Nacho troops who find it necessary to scroll through every post and thumb down every RPF comment. That just proves how truly ignorant they are .

    Like

    • That post was directed at no sole army, and to try and read further into that is just making nonsense examples out of nothing. The purpose was to make a point about that state of armies, and RPF had begun their fall a number of a days before it was published.

For RPF to blame their failure on the media is simply a refusal to realize the real problems at hand in the army. My lack of support and refusal to repost Operation Restoration probably didn’t help either.

CPAC has not been ‘banging on’ RPF. We report the news, which unfortunately seems often to be news RPF doesn’t like. That is pinned solely on them: they created those stories, not me.
So to blame their fall on us is an attempt to pin the blame on someone else, refusing to accept their methods have failed.

    • I definitely see your point, but allow me to speak to this for a second.

There’s a discussion taking place as to how we should cover wars. Whether or not we should just keep with the posts reporting on solely the events, or if we should allow three or four opinion posts per war. Personally, while the opinion posts will always be controversial, I think they make CPAC’s coverage of the war a much more interesting read. I do realize your point, though, if we’re going to make those posts we need to make sure we hit on both sides.

  26. The funny thing is, RPF is still accusing Nachos of Ddos’ing and using bots, but they still have not provided a single shred of evidence. Now before somebody screams bias, I have been in both Nachos and RPF under former leaderships, and actually held a higher rank in RPF. All this talk needs to be backed up with proof before it can be considered facts.

  27. The thing is, everyone in this game is foolish. Yes, I said it. Everyone in this GAME is foolish. Honestly, there is no point in having comment wars about every post about RPF or Nachos. Armies can no longer prosper because they’re too stubborn to see what’s in front of them. Nachos are trying to live in the present, doing whatever they want, I won’t question that, but as a former leader, I know that RPF’s goal is to have a server like Mammoth restored. If you went mildly in depth with the topic, you’d know it won’t take magic to restore a server like that. Also, No, Blue, RPF does not want the public to suck RPFs dick, but that’s what’s happening with CPAC. Nobody can be head of a site because they have their opinions on something. They like one thing and dislike another, that happens with EVERYONE. Nobody can go with just living on their own either, doing what they want, claiming victory when they get 5 and the opposing army gets 70, which EVERYONE does now, because apperently that’s how warfare works in Club Penguin. But my point is, I have found no way to solve this, and I’ve been searching, for a LONG time. I’m not saying that RPF is God, nor am I saying CPAC is total bull, but honestly, I cannot see why everyone is being so nieve about a game. When people say that Elmikey is a moron, or that I was the only sane person in RPF, or that Pain is a total dictator, that’s because they don’t like what that person does, because it’s not their way. Say people don’t like Pain because he’s too harsh, well then they don’t like him simply because they’ve never been treated harshly, because they’ve always been the little angel they are, and have never experienced being treated badly, and they can’t deal with it. Honestly, Elmikey is full of knowledge about the past, Pain is militaristic in things in the present, that together is a wonderful combination. When we say “Will you be active an loyal to [Army]?” in our join questions, how do we know they will be loyal? They always say they will, but when a person they dislike comes along, for example, Pain, they quit because they don’t like him. What happens to being loyal then? If everyone stopped being so foolish and realized life isn’t fair, then THAT is when Armies shall prosper. But until then, I hope people can get a grip on life.
